I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a counselor, I have a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens that incorporates a collaborative, evidence-based approach to help clients develop insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
My strategy is to facilitate a helpful conversation, for all, with a purpose to walk alongside my clients as they explore their mental health needs.
CBT focuses primarily on transforming an individual’s thought process, recognizing that lasting behavioral and emotional change begins with reshaping how one thinks. By addressing distorted or unhelpful thoughts, CBT empowers clients to respond to life’s challenges with greater stability, acceptance, and resilience.
